Step One: Nutrition Consultation
If you’re looking to improve your overall health, manage specific concerns such as gut health, food intolerances, weight changes, chronic fatigue/Long Covid, skin issues or simply want a health reset, a nutrition consultation is where we begin.
In our first session, we’ll explore the whole picture — your diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and emotional well-being — to uncover the key areas that need attention. You’ll receive clear, personalised recommendations you can start using right away.
This consultation also sets the foundation for Long-Term Coaching, where we work together over time to create deep, lasting changes. While one-off sessions can offer insight, real transformation comes from consistent guidance, support, and accountability.
Long-Term Nutrition & Health Coaching
After assessing your health and understanding your goals, we’ll create a personalised plan for sustainable change.
Lifestyle and habit shifts generally take a minimum of 12 weeks for individuals, and longer for families. During this time, I’ll be alongside you — helping you stay focused, adjusting your plan as needed, and celebrating your progress.
